5. Operational controls

Workload Control Mode buttons

Used for selected the mode of operations of MEXTEX; manual or advanced.

Hide/Show Stats button

Used to hide/show the thread statistics window.

Clear Stats button

Used to clear the thread statistics.

START button

Used to start I/O thread execution.

STOP button

Used to stop I/O threads execution.

Thread Statistics Report Period

Determines the thread statistics update period (or rate). It should be noted that at the beginning of each period all thread statistics are cleared and collection begins anew.

Statistics Persist

If pushed in, thread statistics will persist across thread statistics report update periods. Otherwise, they will be cleared at the beginning of each period.
