2. Command line options

The program name of MEXTEX is mextex. The usage syntax is 
Usage: mextex [<device 1> [<device 2> ... [<device n>]]] 
              [-ops <ops_filename>] 
              [-rcpu <realtime cpu number>]
If the -ops flag is specified, operating parameters are read from the file <ops_filename>, otherwise default parameters are assumed. If any device names (<device i>) are specified, these will be opened. It should be noted that device names specified in the operating parameters file take precedence over those specified on the command line.

If the -rcpu flag is specified, CPU number <realtime cpu number> will be isolated and will only run MEXTEX thread processes. Otherwise, MEXTEX processes will be free to run on any available CPU.
